I always feel that recruiters take a look at your times and gauge it at how long they can expect you to stay with the company. That's one thing that low timers may have an advantage over furloughed mainline guys or other highly qualified or over-qualified applicants. If you're low time and likely to be there for 8 years versus someone else that is out in 4 because their mainline recalled, that gives you an advantage. It gives them a better return on their investment in training you. After all management is trying to get the most for their money...at least they're supposed to.
