Midwest seems to be good at this! First they put all of there Skyway guys and gals out of a job by replacing them with Skywest. Now they are putting the majority of there own pilots out of a job to replace them with RAH! This is very bad for Midwest and RAH. Not to mention, if all of the Furloughes at RAH are going to continue, then how is this good for the pilots at RAH? I can understand if all of the furloughes were recalled, then some might have there jobs for that much longer! But now your company is telling you, hey we just picked up a bunch more flying, but we still dont need you, we will just work our other pilots more. So all in all, I see this as very bad for both companies! Just my two cents!!
