Up above where Ewfflyer said, "That rule only is needed for new ratings(such as the X-C experience for private, instrument, and commercial tickets)" Is ATP one that is subject to the 50 NM rule or not? It may have been clarified up above but I've honestly never been good with the FAR chinese.
