Having spent my youth at the airgroup and seen it from the inside I'll say this. I hated the Airgroup but the Alaska pilots are about as unified a group as you can get today. When they get 1/3+ of the pilot group or more to show up for a rally it is very impressive. They will let Ayer off easy.
