There is absolutely a possibility that Delta will be unable to cancel the 900 contract. That is the first Date I have seen in conjunction with the ERJ lawsuit. Hopefully that is the case because I just want to know one way or the other. I presume the appeal to the injunction would have to be heard before the court case because why hear an appeal on an injunction after the lawsuit is settled.
If anyone remembers, before "Messa" filed and got thier injunction, Comair was readying for growth. I think once this whole mess with them is sorted out, Comair may grow again.
I hope it is resolved soon, this thread has taken a depressing tune as of late. J.O. is fighting for his life, United, Delta, USAIR -all are cancelling or will not renew thier contract with him. Just a matter of time before that man is an afterthough, he celebrated at ruining Aloha, what comes around goes around, he ****ed a lot of people off at what he did to Aloha, he deserves what's coming to him.
