The company is a sinking ship and everyone needs to buckle down and get the hell out, unless you've got 15+ years there in which case you make too much and can't recoup your losses. Anyone else needs to be pounding the pavement and networking big time. Forget what Mesa is doing or whether they're going to T.U.... Who cares. What if they don't?
