Ya, basically... Mine was signed by CP M.M.... I guess this is his baby. My letter said I failed to check out in eMisery 5 times over the last two months... which I KNOW is false. I have only not checked out once and it was for a RR that I left 15 mins early because I was not going to stick around till midnight to check out. Their records are wrong, so take everything they put in your v-file with a grain of salt. Also if they want to talk to you about it, call a rep first... it may be best to get advice or have them present with you when you go in.
