I dont think it is necessarily the checking out thing. The problem is no one is logging landings. I never check out but always log my landing from home and I have never received the letter. Landings must be logged to maintain your currency with the company or they will have to send you back to the sim.
Yes, that is probably the main reason, but how am I suppose to log landings when the damn system ain't working? Just give everyone a landing automatically and just be done with it. Let's waste more money and print of 1,400+ pages of useless letters by MM.
