During the BK the same thing happened. The union was offering many differerent ideas to the company and getting nowhere. It was then that the MEC went straight to Delta. Delta was confuesed as to why the offers weren't taken. Delta agreed with the MEC and then shortly after there was a plan. How bad is it when you have to go around your management to your parent company to get anywhere.
Delta should just get rid of Comair's management and just run the place themselves. How much money would that save over the course of a contract?
I wonder if they are talking merged list with the Delta group? If that's the case, being quiet about it would make sense because it would only benefit about the top 30% of our group.
