I was awarded 1-4 of OCT off with ST for the rest of the month, but got a call yesterday a week after the bid closed and was published, saying that I was not going to have the days off I was awarded and that I should be aware that I will be available to the company those days. well if they have you on "soft days off". you have have no obligation to pick up your phone, just tell them..."sorry bout your luck" or maybe tell them you are *cough* sick.
