Can you see those guys moving into a 757 and bumping a 12 year Delta Captain out of his seat? Maybe merging us with other regionals and merging those lists, but Delta will never got over the strike. Even if they do, they would never let Comair see it.
Just to be clear, that is not what I was talking about. this is what you said -

During the BK the same thing happened. The union was offering many differerent ideas to the company and getting nowhere. It was then that the MEC went straight to Delta. Delta was confuesed as to why the offers weren't taken. Delta agreed with the MEC and then shortly after there was a plan. How bad is it when you have to go around your management to your parent company to get anywhere. Delta should just get rid of Comair's management and just run the place themselves. How much money would that save over the course of a contract?"
You implied the the MEC was negotiating with the company and getting nowhere, so they went to Delta and that was how things got solved - by negotiating with Delta Management. That is what you said and I am thinking that is union koolaid designed to support their version of the current pi$$%$ing contest going on between the MEC and DS to make Comair management look bad - and I am thinking that version of the story cannot be true because Delta would not dare get involved because of single carrier issues. Not trying to start anything, but just wondering why anyone should believe what the MEC says any more than what the company says. Both have their agendas.
