Basically that the charts for Kagoshima Japan, Ketchikan, AK, etc. were placed in there by error.

Just to clarify! We are not going to start flying from Kagoshima, Japan to the Unites States via Ketchikan, AK (fuel stop) in a CRJ! You should have heard all the crap coming out of people's mouth today in the trailers...
