No, but he did say that Q400's are the new era of regional aviation. I would be more inclined to think that Comair would rather go the CR7/CR9 than go to the Q400 route.

Why? Why are we so resistant to turboprops?? These are very advanced aircraft that can beat a crj to FL250 and can give the exact same time per leg for anything under a few hundred miles. You get 20 more seats than a 50 for half of the fuel burn. I know alot of people think these aircraft are beneath them. I hope comair management and the comair MEC don't think this way.
