If you're a CEO and the whole purpose of your job is going to be to increase value for your shareholders, I don't think morality and thinking about the other guy is at the top of your list.
Yeah, these kind of deals suck for pilots but in a lot of these cases there's nothing we can do about it. If businesses always play nice the one that didn't would crush the rest.
If we all wanted to live in our dreamworld where we get 20 days off a month and all make 200k and no one get furloughed I suppose we should all just go back to bed.
