Definately, I just don't want to see these guys afraid to ask pertinent questions. I remember when I was a new-hire (not that long ago). When you venture into the 121 world, EVERTHING is new.

If it has anything to do with the merger, then I don't expect anything until at least November. If it's something to do with new aircraft, that could come anytime. These new hires could be trained and put on the line before anything is announced.
