This being an election year, I don't believe any politician would come out publicly and try to connect this financial crisis to the irresponsibility of some majority of the American people. I think the majority of people in this country vote by choosing the person that tells them what the want to hear.
I personally would rather have a leader who tells us how it is, rather than one who waits for the American people to tell the government how they would like things.

I think if I ever ran for office and got elected, even I would move to Canada.
