It depends. As things are going now probably about 18 months would be long. If something happens where a new SAAB base were to appear, it could be much shorter.
If the Delta thing happens and with the retiring of the ATR's, there could be some major shuffling with some equipment.

But there are no guarantees. I don't think there will be people upgrading before they actually finish their initial training like what was happening a year ago.

Advice - just be calm, keep your attention to the next step and don't get distracted with rumors or upgrades. Just get through class. The rest will follow.
