The US is, and always will be, a capitalistic, free market economy. To hope otherwise is a tremendous disservice to our men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice to support this country.

I think you need to wake up and see what's going on in this country, because I seriously don't think you have a clue. We're only a free market society when things are going well. When they turn south, those who were the biggest proponents of the free market run to the government for help. The irony of all this is, those you seem most concerned about...the service men and women of this country, are left holding the bag just like the rest of the working class in this country, while those in the corner offices line their pockets.
I don't know about you, but I'm ready for a revolt.
