Track - the saab is far more complicated machine with its systems and wacky Sweedish logic. The CRJ is streamlined, straightforward and incredibly easy from a ground school perspective. Both are easy to fly and both have their share of workloads, but distributed in different manners. Plenty to pilots at XJ had gone from the avro to the saab with no problems. It's hard work but it was done by many.
So if you go from the CRJ to the saab, it's the same idea. Hard work and a good attitude, combined with our training departments motivation to make sure you succeed it doesn't really matter what plane you get.
