I worked for Pinnacle a while ago, left to get a job back home, commuting isnt for me but it wasnt a bad place work at when I was there so I really was curious as to where you were getting your information from and last I checked Continental was looking for offers to fly turbo-props and increase that type of flying not RJ flying. You can have all the new hire classes you want, that doesn't mean that upgrade time is going get any shorter. I guess you are probably hoping for attrition as well.
