I don't know about the Army National Guard (Helos), but you are probably too old for the Air National Guard (Fixed-Wing Air Force) or Air Force Reserves. I think you now have to be 29 (keeps changing, but always in the high 20's) by the time you complete Pilot Training, and if you're not prior service you won't get an age waiver. Sorry.
