Anyone who likes this job hasn't been in the industry long enough! Or they just don't have enough common sense to realize that 3.75 hours of pay for sitting 9 hours of ready reserve; just isn't right.
But you keep showing up to work don't you. So you think its wrong but you will sit it anyway?
If its so wrong, stop doing it. Just quit, there are plenty of other people willing to sit. I myself have never sat ready reserve so I would not know but instead of complaining, why not do something to improve your situation. Obviously complaining isnt working very well so maybe another career would be better. Everyone knows the deal when they start and we all know how things can change as well. If you want to make your own rules, start your own business and be your own boss.
