What happens when Mesaba furloughs and these guys go from having near 1 year seniority for a call back to 0 years and end up furloughed for longer. These guys can make there own decisions as this is just my opinion. Look at the guys that all left Comair to go to Air Wisconsin during the last furloughs. They haven't upgraded yet and are now a year behind their counterparts that stayed at Comair.
I agree, i think the only guys that should be jumping over are guys that
1.) can have an easier commute with Mesaba
2.) JUST got hired
If you've been here anywhere NEAR a year, it's not worth it to leave in my opinion, unless you have a sugar momma that'll help you through training and 1st year pay again.
