Same as active duty. 20/70 and no worse than -1.50 to +2.00 in any meridian without a waiver. Up to 20/200 and no worse than -3.00 to +3.00 in any meridian. The requirements without the waiver are straight out of the reg, the waiver info is just what I was told by a flight Doc.

Who cares bro, just apply and let the flight Doc make the determination. Don't self eliminate, that's why they give you a flight physical. The waiver limits could change daily, you just never know. From personal experience, if one Doc says no, ask another. Eventually someone will give you a chance, that's how I'm still flying in the A.F.

Note: This is for the AIR Guard, I assume the Army Guard has different standards.
