Interviewed yesterday with 7 others. In the intro for the day we were told essentially what everyone else "doesn't know" at this point. The head of HR said he got a call in early september to start interviewing/hiring again, with no end in sight. There were guys in the interview with TT in the low 300s. Majority were 700-1000 TT with two having previous part 121 experience. One had already been furloughed by TSA and the other was just waiting for the call.

All of the gouges online are very accurate and everyone really had the feeling that they want you to make it through the interview process. The gentleman doing the sim evals was very laid back and there were no curveballs to worry about. From the beginning he said I want to see a consistent instrument scan, and you need to fly as though you have 70 passengers in the back (ie no crazy banks, changes in pitch, etc...) If anyone knows how to upload pictures on the forum, I have a copy of a pic a friend got on his cell phone of the sim used in the eval.
