It was one pilot that was disciplined. So you are saying the company used information from the ASAP program against the pilot? Are you familiar with the event? Seems to me that the F/A's screaming in the back were the ones that reported the event to the company, not the ASAP program...seems to me the company knew about it outside the program.

But hey, first time this has happened in six years, right? Why not blow up the program and leave everyone's certificates exposed. Makes perfect sense.
