Dude, the program protects your CERTIFICATE from the FAA. It is not supposed to protect you from the company - although in four years, I don't recall this ever coming up before so apparently the company is not going after too many people in the ASAP program. Would you rather do a carpet dance or lose your livelihood?
How is this different from the ASRS and the NASA form? If it doesn't do anything for us within the company then what are we actually losing here?
