The captain on that flight is a complete tool. I flew with him for a 4 day and will never ever fly with him again. The ASAP program, as said before, did not alert the company to this. The FA's, the FO, and pax were all calling the company. If the ASAP program didnt protect you from action from the company then it is no different that ASRS.
