Comair is a credit card debit and will be consolidated/liquidated with the merger. That is reality.
One rumor I keep hearing is that Comair may go to an all ground services company, on the other hand, once this "Messa" stuff washes, the growth is gonna be back on. I think after the merger and rumor has, Comair is to be merged with Mesaba or be a part of the newly formed holding company.
No one knows for sure, but if they were going to pull down Comair flying, methinks more troubling indications would be developing rapidly in the company.
After all, if "Messa" had lost the injunction, in all honesty, would we be disscussing this? I think we ought to wait and see what happens after the court date, or "Messa" files bankrupcy, which is becoming more a reality day by day.
