I understand that no one likes us, but the double standard here is ridiculous.
When Comair dragged ALPA into bankruptcy court to throw out the pilot contract, they presented Mesa's pilot rates and workrules as evidence.
The judge basically said "Comair can't compete with that" and told management they were free to "modify" the Comair pilot contract as they saw fit.
In the 2 years since Delta/Comair ripped up the pilot contract, Comair has continued to shrink and (until recently) the Mesa's chunk of DCI has not.
So tell me again why a 6-year Comair FO with no opportunity to upgrade and who sees Freedom growing in CVG should be rooting for Mesa's survival?
