Please remember, the venerable F-4 Phantom was the "Rhino" back in Vietnam!
No I didn't know that. I knew that the 'Rhino' was a famous RF-4 squadron in the Marines.

And yes, look at the flaps on the Bug--he can't go much slower. (I've never heard that nickname either, and that is funny!!)
I noticed those flaps too of course - and having flown with a F-4U I remember how slow I was going and that plane can go fast!

Both jets may have rolled out of the same factory, but the "Super" guys need a different nickname for their jet!
