I just had a flight today that should pay some disruption pay (extra landing and cnx'd bank end dead head). I went to Forms to submit a pay log but received a message that the pay log was not available to me. And if I had any questions call flight mgmt or submit a customer service report. Didn't have time to call flight mgmt but did send a feedback form to customer service.

Anyone else have a problem like this recently?
