FDX Pay log for disruption pay

I just had a flight today that should pay some disruption pay (extra landing and cnx'd bank end dead head). I went to Forms to submit a pay log but received a message that the pay log was not available to me. And if I had any questions call flight mgmt or submit a customer service report. Didn't have time to call flight mgmt but did send a feedback form to customer service.

Anyone else have a problem like this recently?

I've checked my pay summary and there wasn't an automatic pay log submitted.

Just went to the Paylog page and got the same response. If you notice at the bottom it says: Page Updated 10/17/08.

I also tried using "paylog" in the VIPs search window like the instructions say and received this response:

No data found. If you are searching for a phrase, try limiting your search to one key word. Note, this search facility is for VIPS options only.

My guess is they are monkeying with it and it is just unavailable at this time. Try again tomorrow or the next day.

I used the Crew Pay form (in the forms section of VIPS) twice last month. Worked good and within a few hours the extra pay was reflected on my Pay page
