Just went to the Paylog page and got the same response. If you notice at the bottom it says: Page Updated 10/17/08.

I also tried using "paylog" in the VIPs search window like the instructions say and received this response:

No data found. If you are searching for a phrase, try limiting your search to one key word. Note, this search facility is for VIPS options only.


My guess is they are monkeying with it and it is just unavailable at this time. Try again tomorrow or the next day.
