I'm really tired of FO's who haven't worked out side of 121 talk about how they are burned out from instructing for 3-400 hours. You are in the wrong career if you get burned out that easily. Enjoy reserve.
I instructed and I absolutely hated it. There is nothing wrong with wanting to get to the 121 world as fast as you can. 121 is his goal and he wants to get there as quick as possible. Some people just dont like instructing. I was burned out from instructing as soon as I got done with my CFI checkride.
