I applied there last summer on a whim...have the required ratings, but really low time and i was not at all current. They called me for an interview so I drove over to Milwaukee more out of curiousity than anything else.
They apparently had scheduled 3 of us that day. One guy didnt show up. They had us take a written exam...should be a piece of cake if you are flying currently or have just got a rating. It might pay to study up on regs and stuff. They put me in a "sim". A motionless type that was supposed to represent a Baron I belive. I had never flown a sim like this and I did a terrible job. It was really really touchy. I couldnt even look at a chart without busting altitude. I did a terrible job at it, but it was nothing like an airplane, so I am not sure how fair it is to stick a guy in it.
Had a long interview with the Chief Pilot, he seemed like a good guy.
Good Luck. I think the Shorts would be kind of fun to fly for a while.
