I think we are plenty stocked up on people who don't have the desire to be a pilot, but they would rather put on the uniform and call themselves an airline pilot.



I'm burned out from people saying "wow I have never shot an approach this low" when the visibility is <1 mi. I'm burned out on people with a 1,000 hours talkling about building time for the upgrade. You are not here to build time. You are here as a required crew member that is your job. I'm not bitter about what I had to do to get where I am I enjoyed all the jobs I had before working in 121(I definatly didn't instruct for a decade). I'm just sick of people who think putting on the uniform and collecting min guarantee is the end all.
