Ive been at Mesaba a little over a year now and I can say that for the most part things are very positive. The company has undergone tremendous growth which has made pretty much everyone happy. Some things about management are "typical" but I enjoy working here. I can definitely say most everyone and everything has been positive so if you're coming from a negative experience, Mesaba should be a very welcome change for you. Welcome aboard!
