Hey everyone just wanted an insight on the relationship between management and the pilot group at Mesaba. My current airline has pretty bad relationship between the two. Also how are the pilot group and Mesaba ALPA relations? I would love to come work at a place where they try to work with each other to create a positive working environment.
Grievances have gone through the roof. The overall management position seems to be "We'll follow the contract when it suits us to, otherwise we'll break it, and you can grieve it. See you in a year...."
