In general, the FO's I've been flying with have been excellent. I don't know you personally 405PA, so I can't say that this is the case with you, but the CA sets the tone for the crew (I learned that in CRM 101
). If you don't like your FO's attitudes, maybe it is just a reflection of the CA's attitude? Again, this is not meant to be a personal attack, just some food for thought.
