Lots of instructor / evaluator time from fleet (EA6B) and training command (T45). Stan and check pilot. I highly recommend Higher Power if interested in SWA, and I did interview prep with Fae Simmons in San Antonio, Tx. I had three letters of rec (one CO, one SWA Capt, one peer) and I believe about 9 internal recommendations for the decision board (no way to know if they did it or not).
