Default Grateful to get the call...

I got the call of a lifetime today at 1pm! My info with .3 mil conversion:

TT: 3,052
Turbine: 2924
PIC Turbine: 1869
ME Turbine: 2212
Military IP: 1447
Aircraft flown: T-37, T-1, KC-10, T-6
Type ratings: B-737, DC-10, BE-400
Education: BA, MBA

Currently a T-6 evaluator/instructor pilot. I interviewed on Aug 6 (without the 737 type rating, but with a HPA class date scheduled). I'll echo what others have said about Higher Power: not an easy course, but I do recommend it if you're serious about getting on with SWA. I brought 6 hard-copy letters of rec and had 10+ internal, online recs. My interview prep was with Faye Simmons at Randolph AFB in San Antonio--highly recommended.

For those preparing for an interview in the near future, be ready to discuss your resume. My first question was, "Tell me about your flying career, starting with when you first become interested in aviation, until now." My answer to that question, together with my resume (that was in front of the interviewers), was the springboard for the next 30+ minutes of questions.

My name is towards the top of the alphabet...maybe they are calling in alphabetical order. A sincere "best of luck" to all of you!
