As far as listing "real" schools with aviation degrees, and aviation only schools (ERAU), FIT is one of the "real" schools with an aviation department. FIT is primarily an engineering college, and a very good one at that. The school of aeronautics is only a very small percentage of the population. My wife, for instance, graduated from the computer science program. I now refer to her as "sugar momma" since she makes about 2x what I do.
