Called skds, they say it is automatic and they can't mess with it. Called Contract Enforcement and they say they can't do anything about it.
Ideas? Other than calling in sick please.

Don't know if you've tried all of these or not, but remember that you can't create a one in seven conflict and you can't leave one R-day by itself. I've had pretty good luck by trying multiple small moves rather than large chunks of days.
