Here's what works for me..... Usually, if I try to drop before the actual bid month begins, it gets refused. Might be something in the computer's program...

Usually after the bid month begins it gets approved if it fits some of the other parameters listed earlier.

I have gone to my ACP numerous times (not every month) and gotten R days moved.
