Hey guys, whats with scheduling just making up their own ready reserves. They already have given all the normal ones out, and they made up their own, since I am on long call. Since when do we do this?
Not sure how it is in JFK, but here in CVG, sometimes if they run short on reserve (4-6 reserves left) they put everyone on a ready at their own made-up times, that way they can use you at their leisure. I know it sucks!
