If they would staff the airline correctly and recrew late flights, we could not only have 100% completion, but we could improve some of the other goals.

There have been good things to come in the coming months since about 2004 and since then look at what has happened to our fleet/number of pilots.

Hopefully your optomism pays off, but I would take Dixon's memo as a grain of salt until you actually see something to be hopeful about.
