Logic's post does not lack logic. If you knew anything about the case than you would know that what he said is exactly correct. How do you think Mesa won the injunction? Because their performance numbers aren't as bad as Mesa bashers make it and everything else out to be. There were tons of voice recorded calls to the SOC to cancel flights because Delta wanted to use that slot for their own 75's and 76's because obviously they could get more passengers to their destinations. Also, Mesa was/is operating in a tough JFK environment. Have you looked at JetBlue's performance stats? Bottom of the barrel. Not their fault though. I know a lot of people hate Mesa for one reason or another but this issue is not their fault and they have had good operational performance for Delta. Currently they are operating somewhere around a 99.6% ontime performance for Freedom, well above what the contract dictates. When the court case is all said and done we will all see that Mesa was in the right here.
