Actually, we're quite "concerned" with flying our best econ speed during our descent. Sorry to hold you up, hopefully we cleared the r/w expeditiously enough for you.

I think Waldo's point is that the Citation X is not the fastest aircraft in the sky and it has certainly held up somebody faster at some point...that would be the perspective he was referring to.
Be careful flying so fast, you might gain weight.
