I suspect a lot if it has to do with those Freedom 900s being tied up in court. Maybe they're waiting for that to finish up before they publicly announce what's going on.
Freedom's 900's are not tied up in court, only the ERJ's. Pinnacle has already started operating a couple of them. JO couldn't really contest the contract since Delta owned the aircraft.
